Terms & Conditions for Students

By registering with SelexIQ Education Support Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and a productive learning environment for all students.

1. Registration &  Enrollment

  •  All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and complete.
  •  SelexIQ reserves the right to accept or decline any registration at its discretion.
  • Enrollment is confirmed only after payment of the applicable fees (where required)

2. Attendance & Punctuality

  • Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes on time.
  •  If a student is unable to attend, notice must be given at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the session will be considered delivered.
  • Repeated absence or late attendance may affect progress and continued enrollment.

3. Fees & Payment Policy

  • Tuition fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule.
  •  Late or non-payment may result in suspension of classes until dues are cleared.
  •  All fees once paid are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at
    SelexIQ’s discretion.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Students are expected to behave respectfully towards tutors, staff, and peers.
  • Disruptive behavior, misuse of online/offline platforms, or academic dishonesty (e.g.plagiarism) may lead to disciplinary action or termination of enrollment.

5. Learning Materials &  Intellectual Property

  • Study materials, worksheets, and resources provided by SelexIQ are for personal learning use only.
  • Students are not permitted to copy, distribute, or share materials without prior written consent.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

  • SelexIQ respects your privacy and will keep student information confidential.
  • Personal data will only be used for academic and administrative purposes in line with our Privacy Policy.

7. Class Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • SelexIQ may reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be notified in advance, and alternate arrangements will be provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • While every effort is made to provide high-quality tutoring, SelexIQ is not liable for a student’s academic results, performance in examinations, or school grades.
  • Responsibility for applying learned knowledge rests with the student.

9. Agreement

  • By checking “I Agree” during registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
